Find your booking

After every direct booking we send you a confirmation email with all the details — check-in, check-out, the lockbox code, how to reach Nathalie at arrival, and a link to change or cancel your stay. Look for the message from hello@lesprazdarvillon.com — that is your booking copy.

Send us your booking reference and email — we will resend the magic link within the hour. (For now we send these by hand. We will automate it once we go live to public.)

Booked through Airbnb or Booking.com? Those go via the platform — you will find your reservation in their app. We can only resend bookings made directly through this website.
