The apartment
Two floors, five bedrooms, two bathrooms. Take the base for four. Add the upper floor for ten.
A house that flexes with your group. Just the base, or the whole chalet.
Most weeks, four people stay in the base apartment. Bring more, or stretch into a multi-generational reunion, and we open the upper floor — three king bedrooms and a second bathroom, sleeping ten in total.

The base apartment — sleeps four
Living room, full kitchen, master bedroom (160 cm double), a bunk-bed room for kids, one full bathroom, private entrance and the south-facing terrace.

Smart TV, comfortable couch, the corner where the piano sits — the room where the day ends.
the kitchen
Fully equipped, coffee at first light.
Hob, oven, dishwasher, espresso maker, kettle. Every utensil you’d cook a winter ragu with.
master bedroom
A double bed, 160 cm — facing the morning light.
Quiet, warm, with the squeaky shutter we keep meaning to fix.
bunk-bed room
Two single beds in a bunk — kids’ favourite.
Top and bottom. Whoever climbs the ladder fastest wins.
bathroom + hall
Walk-in shower, separate toilet, drying space for ski boots.
Practical, modern, warm. The hall doubles as drying space when boots come in wet.
upper floor — optional for larger groups
The upper floor — adds six, sleeps ten
Three bedrooms with king-size beds (one splittable into two singles), a second full bathroom with bath. Open this floor when your group needs more than four — multi-generational reunions, ski groups, longer family weeks.

A second full bathroom upstairs — bath and shower combined, separate toilet. Means the upper-floor guests have their own bathroom, no waiting in the morning.

The terrace — facing Mont Blanc, summer and winter.
